- Rothe House & Garden
Phase 1 of the Conservation Works is nearing completion and entails relaying cobbles, roof repairs, construction of walls, and re-pointing of some of the stone artefacts within the courtyards.
The House is now open to the public again, Monday to Saturday 10.30am to 4.30 pm. The garden is open throughout the week, with limited opening hours on Saturday afternoon. www.rothehouse.com

Mount Stewart House Goes to bed for another year
On Thursday 6 November Mount Stewart hosts a fascinating ‘Putting the House to Bed’ tour. Learn how to wax an eighteenth century chair, polish a Georgian silver candlestick, care for historic fabrics, books and floors.

Christmas Open Day at the Vandeleur Walled Garden
Sunday 30th November between 11am - 5.00pm. A selection of Christmas Wreaths, Christmas Logs, Window Boxes, Bird Feeders, Benches, Patio Stands & Plant boxes along with a variety of plants will be available for sale. All items handcrafted by staff in the Vandeleur Walled Garden.

Bantry House and Gardens
Bantry House and Garden will close for the winter, and reopen on 17th March 2009.
There will be a music concert on Friday 7th November at 8 pm in the Library at Bantry House. The musicians performing works by Beethoven and Brahms will be Ioana Petcu Colan (piano) and Michael McHale (violin).
